Easter Sunday

We arrived home late last night. Finally went to bed around 3:30 this morning. I was so happy when I woke up on Easter Sunday knowing that my mom, dad, and sister had organize everything for a wonderful Easter dinner including an egg hunt! Thank goodness for family!
My sister and her boyfriend, Daniel....
took their time to stuff eggs and put together baskets for the kidos while we were away on vacation.
My sweet mother took the time to dye eggs and decorate them for the kids. Love her so much!! And how much fun are these wacky egg characters?
Papaw couldn't wait to get his hands on Saw after a whole week without him.
Ginormous lollipops!!!

Sweet boy!
Sawyer put every egg in his mouth that he could get his hands on, literally.
This baby ate chicken for dinner. Blahaha
He recieved bibs, a big blue ball, lots of un socks, a sand bucket, and a fluffy chick from the Easter Bunny.
The five of us. Notice that the three kids are looking in different directions... adults looking at camera?
Aunt Krista helping baby hunt eggs.
Oh dear....
they are after.....
the same egg.
Sawyer picked these eggs up himself.
Look at the grip Sawyer has on the purple egg in his right hand. Kinda hard to see in this picture. No kidding, this four month old had a ball picking eggs up. Who knew?
Baby Sawyer's first Easter.
Duckie butt.
What would we do with out these two? Life would not be nearly as fun. Love them!
One, two, three... thirty two... forty eight....
they hid over 100 eggs for two kids and one baby.
Aunt Krista with her confused nephew...bunny or duckie? I think it's a buckie! hehheeee!
Egg count.
It has been a wonderful day! Thank you to my family for making this Easter super special.
Blessings,
Jen

Richason Family Vacation, Destin, FL 2013

Packed and ready for a fun family filled vacation, 11:30 on Friday, March 22, 2013.
Amaya started out in the back seat with Sawyer and I. I sat in the back seat with the baby the entire ride down and didn't complain once. The tweens however barely survived the ride in the back. They must be to old, brittle bones or something.
We stopped for a picnic dinner at our favorite spot.
Ready for take off once again with Sawyer's buddy, Octapirate.
This year we stopped at the state line for a pic since it is Sawyer's first trip (of many to come) to Destin.
We have arrived at Hidden Dunes Tennis Resort, Miramar Beach!
"Look out FL.... The Saw is in the house!"
This years condo....

It's like he sensed the excitement and went right along with everyone's happy vibe!

Amaya (12) and Giana (10)

Grandma Jinner. Philly, and Sawyer on the beach for Saw's first beach experience.
Cousin Luke (14)
Aunt Sue
Family beach time.
Here we go.... baby's first time to touch the ocean water! Will he love it or could he do without the cold?
Wait for it....
here it comes...
and.....
OHHhhhh....
a bit to cold!
Amaya and Ely didn't let it slow them down.
Grandma Jinner and Sawyer found a nice spot under an umbrella with Philly's giant towel to cover up with.
And by the looks of things, that made this grandma happy!

"Hey peps, I'm at the beach ready to get my relaxation on. I have been hard at work growing over the last four months and it's bout time I take a break for some serious R&R.
Peace."
Our little family doesn't seem so little anymore.
Chillin' Amaya style.
Noah (14) chilaxin'.
Thomas (3) sand timein' it.
Ely (11) fresh out of the ocean.
Nick (14) diggin'.
Ely diggin'.
Uncle Pete hangin',
Some of the crew at the beachin' it.

Aunt Jeanie and Jack (6) spending time with Sawyer.
Sunglasses buddies.
"What? You like my style?
"Sorry folks but you have to be Sawyer Richason to wear it right."
Brothers (Phil and Pete) No similarities what so ever;)
The annual beach football game.

Ely's annual sand burial. We are glad no one tripped over his head.
Sawyer sleeping with Aunt Jeanie.
We have a problem... my baby will NOT take a bottle for anything in this world. However, he has gotten good at grasping things such as water bottles. You see here that he will drink from a bottle of water, just not a baby bottle.
Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Angle with Sawyer.
It is very common to find Grandma Jinner with grandchildren piled around her.

Sawyer is already in training for the Richason poker nights in Destin.
Look at him checking out Uncle Jimmy's cards.
This is cracking me up.
By the looks of this picture it appears that we are confused between beach bound and hitting the ski slopes.

"Sup? I'm hangin' out pool side with my 'Octapirate'. Excuse me while I adjust my shades."
This is about as far into the water as I went this year. Brrrrrr.
Mommy, daddy, and baby pic.
I absolutely love walking on the beach with my beach baby.

Four months post baby.... I have to say, if there was ever a year to wear sweat shirts and pants in FL, I won't complain that this be the year.
A few days left in paradise.
To be continued....
